Refund policy

We have a non-refund and non-reschedule policy, which means if you wish to cancel your class, we cannot send back your payment nor reschedule your classes.

However, for elite access pack holders, you may request for a reschedule 2 days (48 hours) before the class. To request for a reschedule, you can contact us at hello@upperroomhall.com.
